All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that upon placing an order, a electronic receipt is automatically recorded confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit note or refund for the amount of the incorrect price.


PRIVACY

At VASLEON.com we respect our customer’s personal information as private and confidential. We will not share your information with any outside organizations or individuals. None of your Credit / Debit card information is stored on this site. We use a third party payment processor ‘Big Cartel’ to handle this information securely.


DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES ?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the exact cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely in different countries.

If in worry we recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.


DOES IT COST TO SHIP IN THE UK?

  • UK Estimated Delivery Times for IN STOCK ITEMS is usually 2 -3 working days
  • As soon as orders are received if the item is in stock despatch time is 24 - 48 hours
  • Cost of shipping depends on the country and weight of the package.
  • To find out the price for shipping, please add all items to your shopping basket where shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

STOCK

Please check the item description to see if is a pre-order item, if they are currently in production or if there is an order period in which items are shipped out. (Eg. “Orders placed between December 1st & December 15th will be shipped on December 20th”)

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: We will endeavour to ensure that our website is fully up to date that goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee availability or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the unlikely event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can.
